This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans and cases.
• Assess, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities effectively.
• Design, enhance, and refine test processes, including the establishment of test environments and tools, to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of release test cycles.
• Create, execute, and analyze test cases, as well as generate test reports to monitor results.
• Identify, log, and document bugs systematically.
• Conduct thorough regression testing once bugs have been resolved.
• Collaborate with the Development Team to gather software requirements and update test cases accordingly.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• At least 3 years of experience in Application (Hardware & Software) support and troubleshooting.
• Thorough knowledge and experience with processes, methods, and standards in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of common web browsers and the Windows operating system.
• Experience in manual/exploratory testing and agile software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with common developer tools as well as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ruby on Rails.
• A degree or diploma that adds value to the organization is regarded as an asset.

• Self-driven with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships through a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
• Technical, analytical, and results-oriented mindset, with the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized, with excellent time management skills and strong written, verbal, and general communication abilities.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of an additional language is considered an asset.
