• Analyze and review business requirements and functional specifications to create detailed, structured test cases.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing across various Salesforce environments, including Lightning, Classic, and integrated third-party applications.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, UAT, and performance testing for Salesforce customizations, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Validate integrations with third-party systems to ensure complete functionality, data integrity, compliance, and optimal performance.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution using Jira, with test case management, execution, and reporting managed via Jira Xray.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, provide insights, and suggest improvements in quality.
• Ensure data accuracy across Salesforce objects, reports, dashboards, and system integrations.
• Guarantee sufficient test coverage and proactively identify quality and risk gaps within Salesforce functionality.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and expansion of automated test coverage using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Salesforce-specific automation frameworks (e.g., Provar, Copado).
• Facilitate the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, execution results, and release sign-off artifacts.
• Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features, and QA best practices to enhance testing efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance, testing, or system implementation on enterprise platforms.
• Strong practical experience in testing Salesforce environments, including customizations and integrations.
• Familiarity with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proficient in using Jira and Jira Xray for test management, execution tracking, and reporting.
• Background in Agile development environments.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Preferred experience in testing highly regulated systems or customer-facing platforms.
• Knowledge of Python-based or contemporary automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright).
• Experience in validating data flows and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in dynamic environments.
• Salesforce certification preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or QA-related certifications).
