QA Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Engage in the complete delivery process, from analysis to live support.

• Evaluate both new and existing features through testing.

• Examine production bugs and compile comprehensive reports.

• Participate in refinement meetings, offering insights related to testing and products.

• Assist developers by supplying test data and guaranteeing testability.

• Oversee delivery activities.

• Create and execute tests to ensure code stability and compliance with specifications.

• Conduct thorough reviews of system requirements.

• Monitor quality assurance metrics to assess and enhance product quality.

• Facilitate testing, release, and delivery processes throughout the development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Software Tester.

• Expertise in Exploratory Testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with product mapping and test planning procedures.

• Capability to interpret technical documentation, extract insights, and effectively plan test cases.

• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.

• Excellent communication abilities in both Estonian and English.

• Practical experience with Postman, Jira, and browser development tools.

• Solid understanding of relational databases and their models.

• Practical knowledge of SQL usage.
