QA – Qualidade e Testes, ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and implement strategies for functional, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Plan, prepare, and validate data sets for testing purposes.

• Document and record evidence of tests conducted and their outcomes.

• Identify, track, and validate the resolution of defects.

• Assist in defining and validating the acceptance criteria for deliverables.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with testing corporate applications.

• Knowledge of API testing and mobile workflows.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in squads.

• Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform (a plus).

• Knowledge of test automation and quality management tools (a plus).
