QA Local Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Evaluate both our brands and those of competitors in terms of sportsbook, casino, user experience, and overall platform quality.

• Ensure access from Hungary is validated and that all content is appropriately localized.

• Assess registration processes, real-money deposits, withdrawals, and the availability of bonuses.

• Analyze gamification elements, missions, loyalty programs, and CRM rewards.

• Test casino games for loading times, stability, availability, and gameplay experience.

• Conduct comprehensive payment flow tests, including deposits, withdrawals, limits, and alternative payment methods.

• Verify that CRM communications (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages) are delivered accurately.

• Evaluate affiliate tracking, registration attribution, and promotional landing pages.

• Assist in the sign-off process for new brands and those transitioning to new platforms.

• Clearly document issues encountered, provide detailed steps for reproduction, and confirm resolution of fixes.

• Support urgent live incidents and assist teams in identifying root causes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in Hungary and possess a strong understanding of local online user behavior.

• Demonstrate a hardworking, proactive attitude and a willingness to tackle complex or unconventional tasks.

• Exhibit a keen attention to detail, be well-organized, and capable of identifying even minor inconsistencies.

• Be comfortable with executing real registrations, making real deposits, and conducting live payment tests.

• Have the ability to test sportsbook, casino, gamification features, bonuses, and CRM communications.

• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams.

• Show curiosity, be a fast learner, and have a desire to gain a deep understanding of products.

• Previous experience in QA or iGaming is beneficial, but not mandatory if you are motivated and thorough.
