• Overseeing the QA strategy and spearheading quality engineering initiatives across various products and delivery teams.

• Creating and executing scalable test automation frameworks with robust CI/CD integration.

• Promoting the adoption of contemporary testing methodologies, including API-first and service-level automation.

• Collaborating with Product, Development, and Architecture teams to instill shift-left quality practices.

• Utilizing AI-driven tools to improve test automation, analysis, and reporting capabilities.

• Mentoring and supporting QA engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

• Over 7 years of experience in software testing or quality engineering, including leadership roles in driving testing strategies.

• Proficient in developing and maintaining automation frameworks with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or RestAssured.

• Experienced in API, UI, and end-to-end automation, with strong programming skills in languages like C#, Java, or JavaScript.

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps environments.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality engineering results.
