QA Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Supervise the quality assurance process across IT initiatives related to FX Risk and banking systems.

• Lead a team of QA engineers by creating and executing test strategies.

• Ensure the delivery of superior software that satisfies both regulatory and business standards.

• Manage and mentor a group of QA engineers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and tools.

• Formulate comprehensive test strategies and plans that encompass functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

• Promote the use of automation tools and frameworks.

• Utilize expertise in FX Risk and banking operations to pinpoint potential risks.

• Ensure that all testing processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Establish and maintain QA metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Strong background in the banking sector, particularly in FX Risk.

• Demonstrated experience with both manual and automated testing processes and tools.

• Proficient in test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail.

• Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, QTP, and Cypress.

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools including Jenkins and GitLab.

• Understanding of FX Risk, banking products, and related processes.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
