This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct testing on customer and supplier web applications across essential workflows.
• Verify user registration, login processes, part uploads, file processing, printability evaluations, supplier matching, RFQ generation, quote submissions, and order workflows.
• Develop and uphold QA checklists, test cases, and regression testing plans.
• Perform testing across various browsers, devices, file types, and edge scenarios.
• Detect bugs, reproduce them effectively, and document the expected versus actual behavior.
• Confirm bug resolutions prior to deployment.
• Oversee production applications to ensure that core workflows remain operational and effective.
• Monitor for failed uploads, broken pages, API errors, background job failures, and atypical customer activities.
• Evaluate how customers interact with the platform.
• Investigate bugs across the frontend, backend, APIs, database, or integrations.
• 2–5 years of experience in QA, technical support engineering, product operations, analytics, or software engineering.
• Proven capability in testing web applications and documenting bugs effectively.
• Basic full-stack development skills, preferably with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Proficient in reading code, debugging issues, and making minor adjustments.
• Familiarity with browser development tools, logs, network requests, APIs, and databases.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker Studio, Supabase, or SQL dashboards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to identify edge cases.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and escalate issues clearly.
• Familiarity with CAD files including STEP, STL, 3MF, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDFs.
• Basic understanding of 3D printing processes such as FDM, SLS, MJF, SLA, and metal additive manufacturing.
• Capability to comprehend mechanical components, drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and materials.
• Experience with slicers, CAD viewers, mesh repair tools, or 3D printing workflows.
• Interest in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, industrial parts, or physical products.
