This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define, strategize, and execute automated testing approaches (Frontend and Backend) to guarantee comprehensive quality throughout user acquisition processes;

• Collaborate intimately with Product and Engineering teams from the initial stages (Shift-Left Testing), assessing architectural needs and acceptance criteria;

• Ensure the reliability of the development pipeline by integrating and sustaining test suites within CI/CD pipelines;

• Monitor and assess essential quality and performance indicators (such as Core Web Vitals) that significantly influence the organic ranking of the group's brands;

• Foster a quality-centric culture within the multidisciplinary team, acting as a reference point and mentor in QA best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and extensive experience as a QA Engineer / Quality Assurance professional, with a strong emphasis on test automation;

• Expertise in contemporary frontend and E2E automation frameworks (such as Playwright or Cypress);

• Significant experience in API (REST/GraphQL) and microservices test automation;

• Robust experience with integration, contract, regression, and smoke testing;

• Familiarity with integrating tests into Continuous Integration pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins);

• Practical understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps culture;

• Experience in performance and load testing (using tools such as k6, Lighthouse, or JMeter);

• Knowledge of AWS ecosystem architecture and messaging/event systems (Kafka, SQS/SNS);

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance testing workflows (for instance, structured prompts for test generation or coding assistants like Copilot, Cursor, Kiro, Claude);

• Previous experience in large-scale e-commerce settings and/or experimentation teams (A/B testing).
