QA Engineer – Manual Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing throughout our platform and its product features.

• Evaluate new releases, features, fixes, and integrations prior to their launch.

• Develop clear and organized test scenarios based on product specifications and anticipated user interactions.

• Identify, document, and report bugs with meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure superior product quality.

• Reproduce issues, assist in investigations, and help monitor problems until they are resolved.

• Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, test documentation, and overall release confidence.

• Effectively communicate testing outcomes, risks, and insights in a clear and proactive manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing or a related QA position.

• Practical experience in platform testing and validating intricate product flows.

• Proficient in bug reporting, defect tracking, and maintaining clear QA documentation.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Solid understanding of software development and testing life cycles.

• Ability to think critically, identify edge cases, and approach testing from a user’s perspective.

• Experience in startup settings or fast-paced product teams.

• Familiarity with cloud-based environments or contemporary product infrastructure is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of modern software development and deployment methodologies is advantageous.

• Fluent in English (interviews will be conducted in English).
