QA Engineer – Manual Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing across our platform and its features.

• Evaluate new releases, features, fixes, and integrations prior to their launch.

• Develop clear and organized test scenarios that align with product requirements and anticipated user flows.

• Detect, document, and report bugs with meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure superior product quality.

• Replicate issues, assist in investigations, and help monitor problems until they are resolved.

• Participate in enhancing QA processes, test documentation, and overall release confidence.

• Clearly and proactively communicate testing outcomes, risks, and insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing or a comparable QA role.

• Practical experience with platform testing and validating intricate product workflows.

• Proficient in bug reporting, defect tracking, and producing clear QA documentation.

• Excellent communication skills and comfort in collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

• A solid understanding of software development and testing life cycles.

• Capable of critical thinking, identifying edge cases, and approaching testing from the user's perspective.

• Experience in startup environments or dynamic product teams is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cloud-based environments or contemporary product infrastructures is a significant plus.

• Awareness of modern software development and deployment methodologies is beneficial.

• Proficient in English (interviews will be conducted in English).
