This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement thorough testing strategies, encompassing functional, performance, and static testing.
• Capable of designing intricate test scenarios with a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing techniques such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, and branch testing, among others.
• Create and sustain automated testing frameworks and scripts utilizing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Recognize and promote enhancements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, test scripts, test results, and issue resolutions. Utilize Excel for analyzing and reporting on testing metrics, employing advanced functions as necessary. Ensure comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and issue resolutions.
• Assume responsibility for the quality and testing of significant modules or projects.
• Exhibit effective time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results punctually.
• Offer constructive feedback to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and developers, concerning software quality and areas for enhancement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 1 year in test automation.
• Data Manipulation: Strong capability to comprehend data relationships and execute effective data manipulation utilizing advanced spreadsheet functions.
• Tools: Proficient in Jira for documentation and issue tracking, Microsoft Teams for collaboration, Excel for reporting (including advanced functions), and SQL Server Management Studio for backend data validation. Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the skill to troubleshoot complex issues and perform debugging.
