QA Engineer, Manual Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nepal.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing on emerging technologies.

• Detect and address basic quality process concerns with minimal supervision and guidance.

• Develop test scenarios and execute them throughout the testing phase.

• Identify defects and document them according to the bug template, providing ample detail for developer review.

• Communicate status updates to cross-functional teams.

• Carry out assigned tasks in accordance with guidelines and assist in problem-solving using established solutions.

• Actively support the team.

• Excel in the testing discipline and utilize it for enhanced impact.

• At least 2 years of experience with manual testing tools and methodologies in an agile setting.

• Profound knowledge of QA principles.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and lean/agile QA practices.

• Proficient communication skills in English are essential.
