QA Engineer – Business Systems, Order Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage actively as a member of a collaborative development team, with the chance to influence the direction of the product.

• Strategically plan, organize, and prioritize test cases and testing plans.

• Function as an independent reviewer of test plans to ensure the delivery of reliable and efficient software systems.

• Establish and manage testing environments that replicate real-world scenarios, validating customer configurations prior to release.

• Document and communicate software defects with precise, actionable details to facilitate timely resolutions.

• Create, uphold, and continuously enhance processes and procedures within the quality management system.

• Conduct computer system setups, software installations, configurations, and integration of peripheral equipment.

• Install both new and upgraded hardware and software, including servers, cameras, and various other devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting commercial software applications.

• At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ.

• An Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with applications that assist in the transition from customer order to service delivery.

• Proficient in relational SQL, with the capability to execute DML to support testing activities.

• Competence in writing high-quality functional tests that confirm the integrity and performance of delivered features.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and frequent customer feedback.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Legal authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S. is a requirement.
