QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create and implement test cases for functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios

• Conduct both manual and automated testing, documenting results with clear and reproducible steps

• Identify, log, and monitor bugs using structured reporting techniques

• Assess and evaluate technical outputs against established quality criteria and rubrics

• Deliver comprehensive written feedback and annotations to enhance output quality

• Work collaboratively with project teams to refine evaluation guidelines and testing standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, Test Engineer, or in a similar position

• Solid understanding of QA principles: test case design, bug tracking, regression testing, and both manual and automated testing

• Proficiency in test case design, bug tracking systems, and test management tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail

• Capability to communicate complex findings effectively through both written reports and verbal discussions

• Proactive and self-driven contributor with a strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous learning
