Manual Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and document test cases based on user stories, acceptance criteria, or functional documentation.

• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Record, document, and track identified defects.

• Generate test evidence and execution reports.

• Support communication with development, QA, and product teams to address incidents.

• Upload and maintain test cases and documentation in management tools.

• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business specialists in the implementation and integration of solutions and systems.

• Contribute to customer satisfaction through value-added services and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Junior Manual Tester / professional with relevant experience.

• Test management using ALM, Jira, and Trello.

• Knowledge of APIs/services: SOAP UI and Postman.

• Basic understanding of JMeter for load/stress testing.

• Basic SQL for information validation.

• Git experience when applicable.

• Proficiency in Excel and Word for test matrices, reports, and evidence documentation.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Results-oriented mindset.
