QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Manual testing utilizing various methodologies for API, mobile applications, and web applications.

• Analyzing project documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of business and technical requirements.

• Planning and evaluating testing activities.

• Creating testing documentation (test plans, test cases, test reports).

• Identifying, recording, and tracking software bugs.

• Conducting regression testing of the product.

• Providing clear and transparent testing status updates to the team and clients.

• Communicating with other team members and clients as necessary.

• Collaborating with the product team to document requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in the role of QA Engineer.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Experience analyzing project documentation to fully grasp business and technical requirements.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining testing documentation.

• Familiarity with test design techniques and their practical application.

• Experience in functional and non-functional testing.

• Proficiency in API testing.

• Experience in testing web applications.

• Background in mobile application testing (iOS/Android).

• Familiarity with API testing tools: Postman or Insomnia.

• Experience with network traffic proxy tools: Charles or Proxyman.

• Experience with test management applications: TestRail or similar.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
