QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual functional, regression, and smoke testing for web-based products.

• Create and uphold test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and reports.

• Evaluate features during the development, release, and post-launch stages.

• Replicate and document bugs with comprehensive descriptions.

• Work collaboratively with developers and product managers to address issues.

• Deliver quality feedback and comprehensive test reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in QA.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

• Familiarity with test design techniques such as black/white box testing, equivalence partitioning, and boundary value analysis.

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the role of QA within it.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

• A meticulous eye for detail — you easily identify edge cases, inconsistencies, and subtle defects that others might miss.
