QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will engage in deep collaboration with Engineering teams, actively contributing to the development of new features and initiatives. This encompasses everything from initial requirement analysis and test planning to execution, regression testing, and final release sign-off.

• You will work closely with Product Managers, taking responsibility for prioritizing testing efforts, clarifying requirements, challenging quality assumptions, coordinating Business Acceptance Testing, and advocating for our customers' needs.

• You will collaborate with SDETs to enhance and sustain our automated test coverage for new features and regression testing, as well as work with other manual QA engineers on cross-team and cross-BU projects.

• You will proactively identify and address potential risks, ensuring that our products adhere to the highest standards of quality and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of QA experience, focusing on manual testing (Black Box, White Box, and Grey Box).

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Solid knowledge of integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API testing using tools such as Postman.

• Proficiency in SQL (select, join, groups, limits, aliases, etc.).

• Experience in test case design, execution, and reporting for complex systems (both front-end and back-end).

• Ability to create test cases and collections that address requirements and business rules in collaboration with Product Managers.

• Experience with test case management tools (preferably XRay).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Independent problem solver who is also a collaborative team player.

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) with at least a basic understanding of Polish.

• Availability in the afternoons is essential; while we respect personal time and work-life balance, occasional evening meetings may be required for effective communication across time zones.
