This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Conduct functional and regression testing for marketing assets, which includes landing pages, promotional pages, banners, email campaigns, and various user-facing content across multiple devices and browsers.
• Ensure the accuracy of product marketing analytics, encompassing event tracking, conversion funnels, UTM parameters, and other tracking systems.
• Test marketing web services and integrations, such as payment processes, subscriptions, CRM systems, email platforms, A/B testing tools, and related services.
• Develop and maintain automated checks for routine QA tasks, including landing page validations, tracking verifications, link validations, pricing and user account assessments, localization checks, and other repetitive testing scenarios.
• Utilize AI tools to generate test cases, create test data, validate content, analyze testing outcomes, and enhance QA processes.
• Oversee the localization workflow for marketing materials and conduct quality assurance of translated content.
• Produce and maintain QA documentation, which includes test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Gather QA metrics, evaluate testing outcomes, and compile reports for the Product Marketing Lead.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Design teams to guarantee high-quality product and marketing releases.
• Work alongside the Mobile Apps team to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience while minimizing the risk of data loss across platforms.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes by suggesting new automation strategies and testing best practices.
• 1–2+ years of experience in Manual QA, with practical experience in testing web applications (frontend/backend), marketing websites, or web services.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and cross-browser testing, with proficiency in using browser DevTools and analyzing network requests.
• Basic understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTM parameters) or the capacity to swiftly learn these technologies.
• Basic hands-on experience or a keen interest in test automation using Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks, ideally with JavaScript.
• Familiarity with utilizing two or more AI tools to develop test scenarios, evaluate testing results, and enhance personal productivity.
• Experience in creating test cases, checklists, and comprehensive bug reports.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to identify root causes while effectively working with data.
• Intermediate proficiency or higher in English.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for analyzing testing outcomes, maintaining checklists, and generating basic reports.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
