QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by enhancing quality processes throughout the planning, development, and release phases.

• Leverage AI-driven development tools to aid in the design, creation, and management of test assets.

• Work closely with developers, product teams, and QA leadership to establish and maintain quality standards.

• Clearly convey findings and adjust processes in response to an evolving product landscape.

• Exhibit critical thinking in recognizing quality risks and suggest practical, effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic to intermediate experience in software quality assurance, testing, or software development.

• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar).

• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and contemporary engineering methodologies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• A proactive and inquisitive mindset - eager to learn and develop.

• Capacity for critical thinking and quick adaptability in a dynamic environment.
