QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing on mobile applications, APIs, and backend services.

• Gain an understanding of product features and business workflows to ensure thorough test coverage.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across mobile, API, and backend layers.

• Create, implement, and uphold detailed test cases and scenarios.

• Identify, document, track, and validate defects using standard bug-tracking tools.

• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to uphold high quality standards prior to release.

• Contribute to enhancements in QA processes and best practices.

• Assist in advancing automation testing initiatives (preferred).

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE / B.Tech) or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA).

• Extensive experience in functional and regression testing.

• Practical experience with API testing and debugging mobile applications.

• Solid understanding of backend testing and database management.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote, distributed setting.
