QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Test Strategy for two small products developed by the team;

• Ensure that processes and documentation adhere to quality and regulatory standards;

• Plan the scope of regression testing;

• Guarantee the creation of high-quality test plans;

• Design and implement test metrics;

• Conduct requirements analysis and testing;

• Perform manual testing for both desktop and mobile applications;

• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts in accordance with established QA standards and methodologies;

• Manage the test environment;

• Administer testing tools;

• Collaborate closely with developers and Product Owners to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing;

• Extensive knowledge of test design techniques;

• Experience in test planning and estimation;

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level;

• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies;

• Experience with SQL databases;

• Solid understanding of client-server architecture;

• Capability to work independently;

• Ability to lead the testing process;

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for one's perspective;

• Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities;

• Strong analytical skills;

• Quick learner with a desire to gain new knowledge relevant to the role.
