QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Analyze requirements and engage in clarifying tasks prior to the commencement of development.

• Identify ambiguities and risks while formulating questions regarding the product.

• Conduct manual testing (both frontend and backend) for new features and modifications.

• Develop and uphold automated tests using TypeScript and Playwright.

• Verify edge cases along with negative and regression scenarios.

• Utilize logs (Kibana) to search for and analyze errors.

• Validate data across databases (SQL and NoSQL).

• Revise test cases in response to changes in functionality.

• Enhance the regression test suite.

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.

• Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software testing, specifically manual testing.

• Capability to independently analyze requirements.

• Familiarity with test design techniques.

• Experience in regression testing.

• Strong SQL skills including SELECT and JOIN.

• Proficient in working with NoSQL databases (searching and updating data).

• Ability to interpret backend logs (Kibana or similar tools).

• Understanding of HTTP status codes and client-server interactions.

• Proficiency in **English and Russian**.

• Desirable skills include:

• Experience in writing automated tests with TypeScript and Playwright.

• Familiarity with Postman and Swagger.

• Utilizing AI tools for generating test cases.

• Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of the Page Object Model and various test data strategies.
