QA Engineer

📋 Description

• As a QA Engineer, you will be the guardian of quality for our SaaS product, responsible for ensuring excellence in both our AI Virtual Agent and the Admin Backoffice platform.

• You will develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that range from traditional web application testing to specialized methodologies for validating AI behaviors and the quality of language model responses.

• You will collaborate closely with both Tech Area Leaders and their teams, designing automated testing frameworks, implementing continuous quality pipelines, and establishing quality assurance standards that enable our organization to scale confidently.

• Participate in the design of testing infrastructure, including test environments, data management, and testing tools that support both traditional applications and AI systems.

• Implement quality reporting systems, track testing metrics, and create dashboards that provide visibility into product health for technical and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA Engineer, Test Engineer, or similar roles, with a proven track record of testing web applications or SaaS products in production.

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar), including test script development, test suite maintenance, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks, including testing REST APIs, GraphQL, and service integration.

• Deep understanding of testing methodologies (functional, integration, performance, security), test planning, test case design, and risk-based testing approaches.

• Experience with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar for test management, bug tracking, and quality metrics reporting.

• Specific experience testing modern web applications, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and user experience validation.

• Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for test automation and development of custom QA tools.

• Proven ability to work with development teams, product management, and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

• Effective communication skills in both languages, particularly for test documentation and conveying quality issues.
