QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Mobile and PWA applications utilizing Flutter and Firebase to guarantee optimal performance, complete responsiveness, and an outstanding user experience.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually attractive and intuitive user interfaces that comply with design guidelines and industry best practices.

• Embrace a diverse role, from analyzing requirements and conducting research to coding and documentation, with a strong focus on producing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for superior mobile solutions.

• Compose and execute thorough unit and integration tests to detect and resolve bugs, optimize performance bottlenecks, and ensure applications are not only technically robust but also high-performing and closely aligned with user expectations and business standards.

• Integrate with various APIs such as ChatGPT, AWS-SES, BigQuery, and other third-party services to augment app functionality and facilitate rapid development.

• Utilize Version Control Systems (e.g., Git, GitHub) to manage and monitor changes to the codebase.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience with Flutter, Dart, Firebase, and NoSQL.

• Solid understanding of software architecture (MV*) and Clean Architecture principles.

• Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or other similar backend-as-a-service platforms.

• Proficient in writing cloud functions using JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Strong comprehension of popular state management techniques (e.g., Bloc, Stacked, Provider).

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Jira.

• Experience in building Android, iOS, and Web applications within the Flutter ecosystem.

• Proven track record of publishing Android and iOS apps as well as deploying Flutter Web applications using Firebase.

• Experience in constructing (CI/CD) pipelines and writing automated unit, widget, and integration tests.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

• Effective communication skills and teamwork capabilities in a remote working environment.

• Contributions to open-source Flutter/Dart projects and having developed and published packages on pub.dev or experience with React, Node.js will be regarded as advantageous.
