QA Engineer – AI Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Leverage AI coding agents and associated tools to analyze SDK codebases, comprehend behavior, and enhance quality work efficiency.

• Utilize product, technical, integration, and release risks to pinpoint the most valuable quality enhancements.

• Create, develop, and sustain effective unit and component tests for SDK functionality.

• Design, construct, and uphold integration tests that encompass SDK interactions with Storyteller services and APIs.

• Integrate automated tests into active CI and release processes, ensuring failures are clear and actionable.

• Demonstrate that tests identify significant failures rather than simply yielding passing results.

• Diagnose bugs utilizing code, logs, APIs, test outcomes, and product behavior.

• When appropriate, track a well-defined issue to a conclusive production fix.

• Collaborate with developers to enhance testability and mitigate recurring types of defects.

• Transform repetitive investigative or testing tasks into reusable AI workflows, tools, checks, or test assets.

• Communicate effectively in Slack and other team platforms: articulate the evidence, impact, current understanding, owner, and next steps.

• Contribute valuable AI-assisted engineering practices to the broader SDK team while maintaining primary accountability for quality results.
