QA Engineer – AI-Driven Test Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain automated testing suites for full-stack .NET applications utilizing AI-enhanced testing tools.

• Utilize AI-driven tools (such as TestRigor, Mabl, GitHub Copilot for Test Automation, etc.) to expedite the development and execution of tests.

• Conduct automated functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to guarantee application reliability and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with developers using AI-generated code (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to verify functionality and uphold quality.

• Engage actively in code reviews and Agile practices (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) to ensure the testability of new features.

• Design and execute continuous testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).

• Oversee test execution and assess AI-driven test outcomes to proactively detect and resolve issues.

• Champion shift-left testing, ensuring that quality is integrated early in the development process.

• Create load, stress, and security testing scripts to ensure system resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, emphasizing test automation.

• At least 6 months of practical experience with AI-driven QA tools (such as TestRigor, Mabl, or similar).

• Comprehensive understanding of test automation frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).

• Expertise in crafting automated tests for APIs, databases, and user interface components.

• Experience collaborating within Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and partaking in code reviews.

• Practical experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize AI for expedited test creation and troubleshooting.
