QA Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement testing strategies across web platforms, APIs, and data flows

• Take responsibility for comprehensive quality assurance of new features, from initial requirements to final release

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate quality assurance early in the development process

• Identify, document, and monitor bugs, ensuring prompt resolution and clear prioritization

• Create and sustain test cases and test plans that align with product specifications and business objectives

• Enhance QA processes and frameworks to facilitate scalability in a rapidly growing environment

• Participate in automation initiatives to boost efficiency and expand coverage over time

• Ensure that product performance, reliability, and security standards are achieved

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in QA, test design, or quality engineering roles

• Experience in testing web applications, APIs, and intricate systems

• Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

• Capability to convert product requirements into test scenarios and edge cases

• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Jira)

• Knowledge of automation frameworks (preferred)

• Excellent attention to detail combined with a structured, analytical approach

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting

• Proficient in English (Spanish/Portuguese is an advantage)
