QA Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• We are a rapidly expanding Fintech company in the LATAM region seeking a QA Designer to guarantee the quality, reliability, and scalability of our products as we strive to establish the premier embedded lending infrastructure in LATAM.

• This position transcends conventional testing; you will create quality processes, establish test strategies, and closely collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver impactful, customer-oriented solutions efficiently and confidently.

• What You’ll Do

• - Develop and implement test strategies across web platforms, APIs, and data flows.

• - Take ownership of end-to-end quality assurance for new features, from defining requirements to final release.

• - Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.

• - Identify, document, and monitor bugs, ensuring prompt resolution and clear prioritization.

• - Create and maintain test cases and test plans that align with product requirements and business objectives.

• - Enhance QA processes and frameworks to facilitate scalability in a fast-growing environment.

• - Support automation initiatives to boost efficiency and extend coverage over time.

• - Ensure compliance with product performance, reliability, and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• What We’re Looking For

• - 3–6+ years of experience in QA, test design, or quality engineering roles.

• - Proven experience in testing web applications, APIs, and complex systems.

• - Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• - Ability to convert product requirements into test scenarios and edge cases.

• - Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Jira).

• - Exposure to automation frameworks (preferred).

• - Keen attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach.

• - Capacity to work independently in a remote, high-speed environment.

• - Fluent in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a bonus).

• - Experience in fintech, payments, or lending products.

• - Knowledge of data validation and analytics workflows.

• - Background in high-growth startups or scaling environments.
