This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Provide coordination and administrative assistance to management and professional personnel regarding processes or functional areas
• Maintain documentation, generate reports, and monitor activities for the team
• May observe and participate in designated core activities
• Perform support tasks for processes or functional areas
• High school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications
• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the role (equivalent to a minimum of 2 years) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Understanding of GxP and relevant regional clinical research regulations and guidelines
• Capability to effectively operate in a dynamic environment with adaptability to job and customer requirements
• Strong focus on detail and precision
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and ensure the quality of your own work
• Aptitude for identifying when issues need to be escalated to management
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards
• Capacity to handle pressure effectively
• Proactive attitude and dedication to personal skill, knowledge, and behavior development
• Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Proficient in computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet applications
• Proficient in the English language
