QA Compliance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all inbound materials ordered adhere to company policy.

• Handle claims related to freight and damages directly with vendors.

• Confirm that all attachments for inbound material receiving comply with the company’s policy.

• Input final pricing and assist accounting in the verification of purchase orders.

• Provide support to QA and purchasing teams as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 1–2 years of pertinent work experience in compliance, product safety, or quality assurance (a background in accounting or QA is advantageous).

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities.

• Capability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).

• Experience with Tracegains is a plus but not required.
