QA Campaign Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily quality assurance testing for CRM and marketing initiatives across various devices and platforms.

• Validate the effectiveness of campaign flows, automations, triggers, and customer journeys.

• Assess emails, landing pages, SMS, push notifications, and CRM communications for accuracy and functionality.

• Execute ongoing quality assessments throughout the duration of the World Cup campaign.

• Detect bugs, formatting discrepancies, broken links, rendering issues, and flow errors.

• Clearly document findings and provide comprehensive notes for necessary revisions and adjustments.

• Confirm that campaigns display correctly on desktops, mobiles, tablets, and across different browsers/devices.

• Ensure that campaigns adhere to brand standards, functional requirements, and user experience expectations.

• Collaborate effectively with CRM, marketing, and production teams to relay issues and verify solutions.

• Retest revised campaigns and confirm final approvals prior to launch.

• Keep QA tracking and testing documentation organized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in quality assurance/testing for CRM, email marketing, or digital campaigns.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to swiftly identify inconsistencies.

• Experience testing across a range of devices, operating systems, and browsers.

• Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

• Capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume campaign setting.

• Highly organized with strong follow-through abilities.

• Experience in quality assurance for large-scale marketing or sports/event campaigns.

• Familiarity with customer journey testing and lifecycle marketing approaches.

• Proficient with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable, or other similar platforms.

• Previous experience in supporting high-frequency campaign environments.
