QA Automatizador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute both manual and automated testing, ensuring adherence to functional and non-functional requirements.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for mobile applications, web platforms, and backend services.

• Design testing plans using the BDD approach and contribute to defining acceptance criteria.

• Implement international QA practices and conduct quality risk analysis to prioritize testing efforts.

• Design and implement critical software quality metrics such as defect density and test coverage.

• Manage the complete defect lifecycle and document technical results using Jira and X-Ray.

• Collaborate on integrating testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines and manage source code repositories.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and propose continuous improvements to optimize automation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• We are looking for a Semi Senior Automation QA with over 3 years of experience.

• Strong technical mindset to integrate into our quality team.

• Experience in automating mobile and web tests using frameworks such as Serenity BDD and Appium.

• Knowledge in performance testing and management under agile methodologies.
