QA Automation Engineer – Salesforce, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance automated UI and API tests using Java/Groovy.

• Create and sustain component-based automation frameworks for Salesforce UI.

• Implement API test coverage for middleware integrations utilizing Rest Assured (or similar tools).

• Analyze failed CI test executions, pinpoint root causes, and enhance test stability.

• Contribute to improvements in the automation framework, including utilities, test data builders, fixtures, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge in Java.

• Experience in Salesforce testing is essential.

• Practical experience in writing UI automation tests using Selenium or Selenide.

• Experience in designing and maintaining an AQA Framework.

• Proficient in writing API automation tests using Rest Assured or similar Java-based API testing libraries.

• Familiarity with JUnit/TestNG or Spock.

• Knowledge of Gradle/Maven project structure and dependency management.

• Ability to debug failed automated tests and refine existing test code.

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder, or others).

• Basic understanding of security testing (e.g., XSS, SQL injection).

• ISTQB Certification.

• Familiarity with the Hospitality industry.
