QA Automation Engineer – Digital Media, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete quality assurance for advertising experiences within native mobile applications.

• Develop detailed testing strategies and automated test plans for ad placements, performance rendering, and tracking accuracy.

• Create, sustain, and execute automated mobile testing suites within CI/CD workflows.

• Analyze mobile network traffic to verify ad requests, responses, analytics, and tracking events.

• Collaborate with Android and iOS QA engineers to address testing deficiencies and enhance quality coverage.

• Document, prioritize, monitor, and ensure resolution of ad-related defects with the core application engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering for mobile applications.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar tools.

• Demonstrated expertise in testing ad rendering and placements.

• Familiarity with inspecting network traffic to validate ad requests and tracking events.

• Proficient in writing test plans.

• Experience in integrating automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of AI tools for test automation.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Reliable internet connectivity.
