QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain test automation frameworks.

• Create reusable testing tools and libraries.

• Enhance test reliability and minimize flaky tests.

• Oversee test data and testing infrastructure management.

• Incorporate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Establish release quality gates.

• Boost deployment confidence and testing efficiency.

• Define testing strategies and industry best practices.

• Assist teams with intricate testing challenges.

• Evaluate solutions from both quality and reliability standpoints.

• Mentor engineers on testing and quality ownership.

• Develop standards, documentation, and guidelines.

• Promote the adoption of quality practices across teams.

• Analyze incidents to prevent regressions.

• Monitor quality metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of testing experience.

• Proficient coding abilities (Python or any other programming language, with a willingness to code in Python).

• Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent (our preference is Playwright).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Comprehension of software architecture and distributed systems.
