QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by enhancing quality processes throughout the planning, development, and release phases.

• Utilize AI-driven development tools to aid in the design, generation, and maintenance of test assets.

• Work closely with developers, product teams, and QA leadership to establish and maintain quality standards.

• Clearly communicate findings and adapt processes in response to an evolving product landscape.

• Exhibit critical thinking to identify quality risks and suggest practical, actionable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic to intermediate experience in software QA, testing, or software development.

• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (JavaScript, Python, Java, or equivalent).

• A keen interest in AI-assisted development and contemporary engineering practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• A proactive and inquisitive mindset - eager to learn and develop.

• Capacity for critical thinking and rapid adaptation in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with test automation tools or CI/CD processes (Nice to Have).

• Experience in Agile/Scrum settings (Nice to Have).

• Experience with AI coding assistants or productivity tools (Nice to Have).
