This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright) to ensure comprehensive coverage of essential product workflows.
• Convert product requirements and user flows into scalable, automated test cases.
• Recognize deficiencies in current QA processes and proactively enhance testing coverage and reliability.
• Work closely with Product Designers and Engineers to ensure features align with acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Take ownership of and optimize the testing lifecycle within the development process, minimizing reliance on manual QA.
• Assist in managing the CI/CD pipeline and implementing improvements to guarantee seamless and reliable deployments.
• Monitor application performance and deployment stability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Document testing frameworks, procedures, and best practices for internal teams.
• Monitor and report on testing coverage, bug trends, and deployment quality metrics.
• Located in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong academic performance with an impressive General Weighted Average.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a SaaS or dynamic software development setting.
• High proficiency in automated testing frameworks (preferably Playwright).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalents).
• Capability to translate product requirements into technical test cases and effectively communicate issues to developers.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities across both frontend and backend systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
• Comfortable collaborating across functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
