QA Analyst – Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance functional, regression, and exploratory testing scenarios

• Suggest enhancements even when tests are successful

• Continuously refine existing user journeys

• Investigate incidents and conduct root cause analysis

• Create automated tests for both frontend and backend systems

• Oversee test data management

• Evaluate metrics, logs, and system observability

• Ensure the quality of user journeys, integrations, and overall customer experience across WhatsApp, Blip, hybrid journeys, outbound messages, and WhatsApp Flows

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an analytical, investigative, and proactive mindset

• Familiarity with APIs and integrations such as REST, Webhooks, JSON, and tools like Postman/Bruno/Insomnia or similar

• Experience in automation with Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools

• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript

• Understanding of SQL, including queries, metrics, logs, and system observability

• Experience with platforms like Blip, Databricks, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Datadog, Salesforce, or similar

• Knowledge of conversational AI technologies including Watson, NLP, LLMs, and AI-driven testing

• Familiarity with hybrid chatbots including deterministic, NLP, and LLM-based models

• Plus: previous experience as a developer

• Plus: experience with WhatsApp Business API

• Plus: knowledge of outbound messaging, WhatsApp Flows, and integrations

• Plus: experience with tools like Copilot, Kiro, and similar
