QA Analyst – Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serving as the key liaison between Support and Engineering teams

• Evaluating L2 tickets and technical challenges to ensure they are thoroughly qualified, documented, and reproducible

• Conducting functional QA to verify that features operate correctly and conform to the original project scope and business requirements

• Performing in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns or discrepancies in product behavior

• Converting intricate technical concepts, data structures, or website behaviors into clear, actionable insights

• Assessing, qualifying, and prioritizing incoming bugs

• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for your assigned products

• Spotting opportunities to engage in data analysis projects and AI initiatives

• Developing training materials for the Customer Support Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management (BTM), Information Systems, Statistics, or a closely related technical field

• A Master’s degree or applicable technical certifications are advantageous

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Technical Data Analyst, or in a comparable role

• Established history of managing complex technical issues and ensuring product quality through thorough QA and data validation

• Familiarity with various data formats (CSV, JSON, XML) and knowledge of website architectures

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization

• Comfortable utilizing Browser Developer Tools to investigate website behavior and data payloads

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills

• Exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing multiple technical investigations and QA processes simultaneously

• A collaborative cross-functional team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
