QA Analyst – Microsoft D-365, F&O

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and user stories to convert them into comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for D365 F&O processes.

• Conduct end-to-end testing across relevant D365 F&O modules, ensuring the validation of configurations, customizations, security roles, and business workflows.

• Execute various types of testing, including smoke, sanity, functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing for releases and hotfixes.

• Develop and manage test plans and test suites in a test management tool such as Azure DevOps Test Plans (or an equivalent), ensuring traceability from requirements through test cases to defects and their resolution.

• Maintain high-quality test artifacts and execution evidence to support release readiness and compliance auditing.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; engage in defect triage with cross-functional teams; re-test fixes and validate their closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of overall Quality Assurance experience, encompassing both manual and automated testing.

• Demonstrated experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or Dynamics AX with significant F&O exposure.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and test design techniques.

• Practical experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM, etc.).

• Familiarity with test automation tools, including but not limited to RSAT.

• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
