QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of our foundational technology to anticipate and mitigate potential failures.

• Diagnose system issues (in both testing and production environments) to identify the underlying causes of breakdowns.

• Implement effective testing strategies and conduct ad-hoc assessments as necessary.

• Carry out thorough data validation and analysis utilizing SQL.

• Use specification documents to develop focused test plans that align business requirements with potential technological failures.

• Employ AI tools (like Claude or comparable AI assistants) to enhance manual testing, devise innovative edge cases, and produce test data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a QA Analyst in the property and casualty insurance sector.

• Practical experience with contemporary test case management software.

• Knowledgeable in interpreting API documentation and conducting tests.

• Demonstrated capability to create comprehensive and detailed test cases and plans based on requirements, user stories, or technical specifications.

• Strong understanding of insurance-related technical language and the ability to communicate effectively and credibly with our development team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Must have reliable high-speed internet connectivity.

• A designated quiet workspace for remote work is required.
