QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

• Ensure Software Quality – Identify, document, and monitor bugs while guaranteeing that our platform adheres to the highest quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with Development Teams – Engage closely with our developers to comprehend features, resolve issues, and enhance product performance.

• Perform Comprehensive Testing – Execute both manual and automated test cases in diverse environments to verify functionality, usability, and security.

• Promote Continuous Enhancement – Offer insightful feedback to optimize processes, boost efficiency, and ensure smooth user experiences.

• Uphold Ninth Brain's Standards – Maintain our dedication to providing a reliable, user-friendly, and innovative platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 2-4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• At least 6 months of experience working remotely.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and various types of testing.

• Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders to establish clear testing objectives.

• Proficient in debugging techniques to effectively troubleshoot issues.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Experience testing within the .NET framework.

• Comprehension of DevOps practices and their significance in the software development lifecycle.

• Detail-oriented with a strong desire to enhance product quality.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.

• Outstanding analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of performing well under pressure.
