QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing to ensure that the developed software meets specified requirements.

• Analyze software to identify potential issues and resolve bugs.

• Comprehend the functional requirements, systems architecture, and testing environment.

• Prepare and execute high-level test scenarios.

• Analyze, correct, and load data into the system.

• Visualize, interpret, and present data findings through dashboards, reports, and charts.

• Create and execute detailed test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality, usability, and reliability.

• Document and monitor defects using an issue tracking system while collaborating closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve identified issues.

• Conduct regression testing to confirm software stability and compatibility across various platforms and environments.

• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure alignment on testing goals and priorities.

• Exhibit a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and actively managing bias.

• Perform all other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong grasp of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.

• Proven capability to operate in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

• Excellent manual and functional testing skills.

• Solid understanding of STLC and various testing methodologies.

• Hands-on experience in web application testing is required.

• Experience with smoke, integration, end-to-end, regression, and UI testing.

• Possess good knowledge of the pharmaceutical domain.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of automation is a plus, but not mandatory.
