QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Execute test cases and perform regression testing.

• Conduct functional and usability assessments.

• Ensure comprehensive requirement coverage.

• Track and document any defects identified.

• Provide support for re-testing and validation processes.

• Collaborate with Senior QA on defect triage activities.

• Maintain up-to-date test documentation.

• Assist in root cause analysis efforts.

• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies.

• Report on progress, risks, and any blockers encountered.

• Support test environments and manage test data.

• Assist with release management and incident support.

• Proficient in defect documentation, including steps and evidence.

• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

• Understanding of web applications and user workflows.

• Basic knowledge of frontend and backend interactions.

• Ability to execute test scenarios across different environments.

• Exposure to SaaS products.

• Basic understanding of APIs (Postman).

• Interest in test automation.

• Familiarity with data handling or Excel.

• Curiosity about AI tools and systems.
