QA Analyst – AI Solutions, Greek Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Ensure that AI agents operate reliably both prior to and following their launch;

• Oversee performance across various healthcare settings and languages;

• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop protocols and identify clinically relevant parameters for monitoring;

• Set quality standards tailored for AI systems, distinct from traditional software;

• Investigate the reasons when the AI Agent deviates from the established protocol;

• Resolve the underlying issues in prompt logic and reasoning sequences;

• Develop new testing methodologies to avert similar challenges;

• Determine effective strategies for testing systems that are designed to be intelligent and adaptable;

• Create testing frameworks applicable to countless healthcare scenarios;

• Define the criteria for what constitutes "good enough" for AI in the healthcare sector;

• Oversee compliance with the MDR (Medical Device Regulation) and AI Act requirements for AI systems in collaboration with the compliance team;

• Document quality processes along with verification and validation procedures for regulatory submissions;

• Assist in ensuring that algorithms perform with anticipated accuracy and do not introduce bias;

• Collaborate with compliance teams to obtain and maintain certification for the relevant algorithms;

• Contribute to the establishment of industry standards for AI quality assurance;

• Become one of the leading experts in methodologies for testing AI in healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Greek;

• Comfortable with spoken and comprehended English (perfection is not necessary);

• 2-6 years of experience in QA, testing, or analytical roles;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Eager to learn new technologies and methodologies;

• Inquisitive about the advancing AI landscape.
