Python, React Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in backend or full-stack roles.

• Strong expertise in Python (a core requirement).

• Comprehensive experience with React.

• Practical experience in developing APIs and data pipelines.

• Familiarity with working on LLMs or AI-driven workflows.

• Demonstrated experience in using AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar platforms).

• Capability to rapidly develop and deploy production-ready code in fast-paced settings.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in client-facing roles.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Preferred: Experience with Azure (including App Services, Blob Storage, etc.).

• Background in document processing or structured data extraction.

• Understanding of LLM validation patterns (e.g., LLM-as-judge).

• Experience in early-stage or rapidly evolving projects.
