📋 Description

• Create and enhance applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on the quality of responses and prompt efficiency;

• Agent Orchestration: Develop and implement intricate flows and multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph for automated reasoning;

• Data Architecture for AI: Execute Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies, incorporating vector databases and indexing methods for semantic searches;

• Backend Development: Construct robust, high-performance APIs in Python (FastAPI/Django) to support AI models at scale;

• Cloud Scalability: Design and deploy solutions within the AWS ecosystem, emphasizing AI services, serverless computing, and containers;

• Quality and Monitoring: Set testing standards for models (evaluation of hallucinations, latency, and cost) and ensure adherence to the development lifecycle (LLMOps).

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Python: Extensive knowledge of the language, encompassing concurrency, static typing, and software engineering best practices (SOLID, Clean Code);

• AI Frameworks: Significant experience in constructing chains with LangChain and cyclical/workflow graphs using LangGraph;

• LLM Providers: Experience in integrating models through API (OpenAI, Anthropic) and AWS Bedrock;

• Cloud Computing (AWS): Hands-on expertise with Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, and databases (RDS/DynamoDB);

• Software Engineering: Skilled in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines applied to backend development;

• LLMOps: Knowledge of model monitoring tools such as LangSmith, Weights & Biases, or Arize Phoenix;

• Fine-tuning: Basic understanding of fine-tuning open-source models (Llama, Mistral) and PEFT/LoRA techniques;

• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform or AWS CDK for setting up AI environments;

• AI Security: Awareness of prompt injection mitigation techniques and safeguarding sensitive data (LGPD - Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
