Python Developer – Security Operations Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Become a part of our Security Operations team as a Python Developer — create automation solutions to counteract threats, analyze data, and enhance team productivity from any location.

• Spot areas for enhancing operational efficiency, design automation solutions, and develop proof-of-concept projects that empower security teams to operate more effectively and quickly.

• Work alongside stakeholders focused on identifying phishing attacks, brand misuse, and various cyber threats while utilizing Python and contemporary automation technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• 2–3 years of practical experience in Python development.

• 1–2 years of experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.

• 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security operations environments.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in working with APIs and automation frameworks.

• Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
